In pursuit of a fitness goal, you want to make the most of your time and effort. So, your unique makeup - the ways in which you are strong, and those you are not - must both be considered to assure that your efforts lead directly to your goals.If you're frustrated with previous attempts at getting in shape, this may be the reason.This is the Dalton Fitness difference. You will learn how to reinforce your strengths while eliminating weak points; a dual approach that accelerates results. You won't find a scripted routine waiting for you here. You will find coaching suited to your needs, leading to results uncommonly experienced by most.
The plans of most fitness classes, gyms, and trainers fall short, because they try to fit a person into a random workout. It occasionally succeeds, but is more often disappointing.For truly great and lasting progress, the workout must suit the individual. This assures quicker and longer-lasting results, with less risk of injury. It's why the gym exists.The Dalton Fitness experience takes into account your personal abilities and goals, and then draws on the best features of diverse practices such as Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Calisthenics, Soft-tissue therapy, and Martial Arts, among others. This, in order to create the workout that best suits you right now, and evolves as you progress. What's more, most of the exercises done at Dalton can be done nearly anywhere, with minimal equipment. That doesn't mean it's easy, but it can enhance consistency and affordability.

Dalton Fitness is a the latest version of a fitness business started by Marc in New York City, in 2006, and relocated to Dalton, PA in 2020. It is the up-to-the-minute culmination of a unique education in physical culture and hands-on personal experience, gained by working with a variety of mentors, coaches, and clients.

What We Offer
Because everyone's program will be personalized, pricing is determined by time. In two-client sessions, each will have their individual programs, working at the same time. For three-person sessions, please inquire.*Class themes vary; being 45 minutes duration and held evenings and Saturday mornings. Typical programs are Kettlebell, Advanced Calisthenics, Club Swinging, and/or Breathing and Restorative work. It is suggested that you first establish a good foundation in your personal program. Your coach can then suggest a class to complement that program.
